Walked around it twice trying to figure out why I liked it so much.

More restrained than I thought it would be, in a good way.
Floor pattern caught my eye more than anything.
Reminded me of the kind of buildings that made me want to study architecture in the first place.
Met an older couple inside who'd been coming back every year for a decade. I understand why.
I think buildings like this are why I still get excited about architecture after all these years. Doesn't try to be loud, but says exactly what it wants to say.

There's a rhythm to the facade that takes a minute to notice.
There's a moment about two-thirds of the way through where the section opens up and you realize what the architect has been setting up the whole time.
