1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArchiRound ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArchiRound is an architecture reference, portfolio, and community platform designed for architecture students and professionals. The Service allows users to share architectural references via links, upload original work, create collections, and engage in peer review.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to ArchiRound. By posting content, you grant ArchiRound a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Link-Based References

ArchiRound allows users to share links to external websites. These links generate preview cards using publicly available metadata (Open Graph tags). ArchiRound does not store or host images from external sites. Users are responsible for ensuring shared links do not violate third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights; (b) harass, abuse, or threaten other users; (c) use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes; (d) attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Service; (e) impersonate another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The ArchiRound name, logo, and all related marks are the property of ArchiRound Inc. The Service's design, code, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Storage and Data

Free accounts receive 500MB of storage for uploaded content. ArchiRound reserves the right to modify storage limits with reasonable notice. Uploaded images are automatically compressed for optimization.

9. Termination

ArchiRound may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your uploaded content may be permanently deleted.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ArchiRound does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, including architectural data, building codes, or dimensions provided through the platform's tools.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchiRound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
